三亚中瑞酒店管理职业学院是一所由海南省人民政府批准设立的全日制普通专科院校，学院位于享有“国家海岸”美誉的海南省三亚市海棠湾，毗邻三亚国际免税城和海棠湾国际酒店带，占地面积362亩，总投资14亿元。学院由中国交通建设股份有限公司投资建设，北京中瑞酒店管理学院运营管理，开设酒店管理、国际邮轮乘务管理、西餐工艺、旅游管理（线上营销方向）、财务管理（酒店财务管理方向）、人力资源管理（酒店人力资源管理方向）六个专业及专业方向。
